OLD SCHOOL STYLE!

I was on my way to buy some food when i saw this man getting tattooed beside the sidewalk, it drew a lot of attention until the area got crowded and people walking by took photos and videos. Really unsterile but we need to respect them. Lucky me I brought my camera.. hehe..
